Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
